We are overjoyed to be able to celebrate our wedding with you!
Our Journey
Angela and Michel met unexpectedly on an ordinary day, amongst students looking for cheap all-you-can-eat sushi. Thoroughly unimpressed, Angela still politely shared her Instagram with Michel who left with a serious case of indigestion and hopes for a date.
Message by message, and day by day, Angela soon realized what a mistake she made as they soon grew inseparable: a Christian girl looking for her journey in life, and a fake Chinese / Belgian / French guy searching for a place to call home.
And so, our new lives began, taking us from Toronto, to Madrid, and now Paris.
Join us in Bali, to hear us re-tell the story in full and share our eternal vows to each other.

The day of celebration will be organized starting from more family and limited friends events (capacity limit), and ending with a large cocktail hour, dinner, and Reception.

Uber does not operate in Bali.
The typical solutions are: Grab, Gojek, or hiring a full-day chauffeur.
You can also rent a scooter, but we would recommend against it unless you are familiar with Asian driving styles and cliffs.

Food
Food here is tempting. Eat to your heart's content, but please avoid eating raw vegetables or drinking non-bottled water (I know, the planet..), to avoid food poisoning.
Visiting South-east Asia means being exposed to a different food microbiome (natural bacteria, ingredients, etc.).
Please keep an eye out for food hygiene, and buy some "Yakult" or Yogurt to help your stomach accelerate its "naturalisation".

Hotel / AirBnB
On top of Samabe Villas & Suites, there are many resort hotels and villas nearby.
However, we highly recommend booking an AirBnb Villa with friends or friends-to-be.
The prices are unbeatable, and staff are friendly.
However, you would need to stock up on water, snacks, and food just in case.
